Great use of space and structural creativity.
The setback columns replaced the traditional underpining, saved time and money.
The two way garden in the middle of the house, provided ventilation and visual connection to the kitchen.
    great job!

One of the best renovation projects on youtube.

That's a great historic facade. Sometimes these "historic" facades aren't very. Nice lighting solutions, nice tiny atrium, nice materials contrasts. Even the storage shed is fun.

This may sound somewhat strange, but I would very much like to know the name of this painting in a minute 1:54 and 2:02 is it a known work or a special painting?

How much would a custom home like this cost to build?

That glass floor is really cool but might make a dress code for parties advisable

I love the projects you chose to cover, but absolutely hate the way you present it. I dont mind the shpts where the designer or whatever is talking, but sometimes you will straight up not show some rooms or just show some wierd angle of a corner, and repeat some shots multiple times, its baffling. I watch some videos multiple times to figure out the floorplan but I just dont see much of the house from the outside or inside

Please please pleeease, in the future, put a picture of a floor plan or AT LEAST ask the editor to edit in such a way that clearly shows which parts you are talking about because after this video I only feel frustrated since I cannot grasp the plan of the house and how the rooms are arranged.

PS You have very cool ideas btw! Actually, that is why my frustration is hegihtened – video would be perfect otherwise 🙂

Seems more mid century modern than contemporary

    💯💯💯

I would be concerned with mold underground. Plus it being so dim a bit depressing for me. The glass floor can be an eye opener for guests underneath, especially with those short dresses

Bravo! The house and the video
