3155 N Smith Pike, Bloomington, IN 47404… I don't see the point of the modular at this price.. with 0.46 acres.
It would be "entertaining " to hear the base price. Just saying.
Sorry. Not watching after hearing $300k
300k for linoleum….🤦🏼♀️
Really well done
Americans are so lucky to have this technology available to them. There is nothing like this available out in Eastern (V eastern) Europe. But please post me a comment if i am wrong !
Excellent.
its a great layout and design but $300K is quite a bit of money for a modular home don't yall think? or am I missing something here?
Severely overpriced homes! That's a $100k home at best!
I see lots of opportunities to take this decor upa notch witha geometric shower tile and accent flooring. Moving the kitchen to the rear of the home would open up the entire space without reducing the walk space through the home no walking around kitchen counter, etc.
The design forces you to walk through the living or dining area with groceries. Bad idea
Don't like it ! You can build a house more better an cheaper!
I actually really love the design and the finishes. But there are issues with trying to finance a modular home and with that in mind and needing to have property to put it on this seems overpriced. And you need water, sewage or septic, electric hook up and to install an HVAC system. Nice if you could finance it and guarantee resale value. Those are my concerns.
You sort of lose the reason people want these homes when you’re talking $300-thousand
Too expensive!
Personally I really disliked the entryway master bath, no jacuzzi tub or no small sink in the utility room.
$300,000 IS PRICY IT SEEMS VS BUYING A STANDARD BUILT HOME. HUMMMM?
It would be critical I think to say where it would be available so it is not necessary to waste time unnecessarily
