The Vivo Premium HD you mention is "mostly metal", but isn't that piece (that you're touching at 13:12) that connects the monitor vesa plate to the arm molded plastic? Has this recently been upgraded because it was definitely molded plastic on their other models.
my favorite part about this video is you didn't show the full tier list until the end and there are boxes blocking it disliked
9:55 What is that triangular wall covering'
Can you please add tier info along with the links? Helps folks like us who forget easily 😁
Very helpful…Thank you!
Very informative video.
You're thumbnail is clickbait.
Have you heard of or tried the quarx dual monitor stand
I've got a North Bayou with a post and aside from it being fussy when I need to adjust it I do like it, but they don't seem to sell this model any more. I keep looking at the Amazon Basics because it seems to handle adjustments better but I don't think it's going to be a big enough improvement to justify spending 3x the money.
I simply need a straight pole monitor arm that slides the monitor up and down. I can’t stand these offset poles. What’s my solution??
I got the Mount-It! – Single Monitor Arm Desk Mount from Best Buy for 80$. Been using it for a year and its practically all metal. Holds well and holds cabvles well, well, as long as they arent mega thicc lol
This list doesn't have the amazon best selling HUANUO Dual Monitor Stand. How come?
Using monitor arms with ultrawide monitors can be a pain because getting the horizontal leveling just right is tricky. I need my monitor closer for gaming and farther away for coding. But every time I move it to the front/back, it messes up the horizontal leveling. If you have a solution, I'm all ears!
I have a 38" lg monitor. What arm would you recommend?
How come you haven't made any triple monitor arm reviews? I'm interested in particular in the Duronic DM553, since it's the only triple arm where the center monitor can be moved forward and backward, but can't find any videos about this!
I think I’m gonna go with the huano single spring do you think this is the best budget single arm or is there better options?
What arm do you recommend for the Samsung g9 57 inch?
You guys should take a look at the Dell MSA20 monitor arms, they're super high quality
You keep mentioning how low quality the horizonal monitor arm's in this review were, but didn't review a higher quality alternative.
Any suggestions for dual 27" and zero space behind the desk?
Do you have any idea about the ricoo ts3811 if it's worth or not ??
Interested to see you guys review Flo monitor arms and atlas desk from Herman miller.
Can you test the Bewiser S1020? It seems to be one of the only arms than works with the g9 57.
I own 2 Vivo basic (single) arms. They 'just work' for 24 and 27". Don't expect to move the monitor around. The idea is to leave your monitor in a fixed position
Would be nice that you also review Herman Miller arms and desks, even if they suck. Mainly because it's a brand that is well know for office purposes, even if they don't dominate all areas
Check out the iMovR arms for a possible S tier arm. The compass in particular has the longest reach of any arm I've found. It's $350 for a single arm though!
Thank you, Ted Lazo!
I recently bought a vivo monitor arm and the bracket doesn’t fit into my ASUS monitor. Is this a common thing? The screw holes are sunken in a circular hole in the back of the monitor and the bracket is too big to fit onto it. I was surprised because I thought all monitors had to have the same 100×100 or 75x75mm holes in them
Thank you for making this! I've been searching for the right arm for weeks and theres honestly not that much info online comparing differnt options! Perfect timing.
Great video and the only one I have seen that mention the spring of the ergotron HX being too strong even totally unscrewed (3:50) for 42" oled (let's just call it LG C2).
I bought it and it's a minor inconvenience but it should be noted, and that even with the 300×200 adaptor plate, it's still not heavy enough. I wonder how the LX would fare
