    The best way to install cordless blinds is to not install them. I bought a full set for my house when I bought it and I absolutely hate them. Nearly impossible to get fully seated on the window stool, so there is almost always a gap beneath them. If you don't keep them perfectly level when you lift them, they will mark up the inside of the windows. If you have short people in your house, they cannot lower the shades on their own, which quickly becomes annoying to those of us who are not short.
