I need a spare garden room….do I go for log cabin or garden room? What is your suggestion Mr Roger!

  9. @bmin7133 2 years ago

Location is too close to the trees…roots, branch growth rubbing on finishes, leaves in autumn, bird droppings…too near perimeter…minimal access for maintenance of that fence and weed removal…rainwater run off to rear with a roof of that area will inevitably result in soil erosion of neighbours property even if they've initially said they're happy with the build…overall, really bad choice of location.

3:09 So water just pools up in those base channels where it will cause rust + mold

  18. @paulmusgrave2243 2 years ago

    That base doesn’t look right.

Yeah! Get all the materials, layout, build it, paint it, install finishes all while filming every step….and editing….all in one day for free…because all of YT DIYers are that narcissistic they demonize every contractors cost and push a narrative because they diy the labor was free?! No! Because you diy, it looks like a 1st timer did it, you get no warranty and it took 3weeks longer than a real builder! Just like all of society ENJOY THE LIE! You’re all insane believing this “influencer” content pushing BS! He cares about clicks, likes and views not truth, fact and reality!

Great video really helps but just be aware different sized rooms have different overhang on roof 😀😀

  24. @norbertpisanic1940 2 years ago

Wow , nothing for protection before putting the ( U – shaped ) side panels down? Just simple used little tape on the wet floor?

  25. @robertcrystals 2 years ago

Build a room in a day. Now simpily start with a slab we prepoured that would take several days

  26. @timspencer7655 2 years ago

These panels are great we use something similar made by Kingspan to build clean rooms for manufacturers/ pharmaceutical companies.

  27. @richierich4810 2 years ago

Shame there's no price on how much these are..

How much cost for this model? Have supplier in Malaysia ?

  30. @gavinmatthews1430 2 years ago

Hi Roger. Could you do a video on externally insulating a brick outbuilding but cladding with wood rather than plaster

  31. @thornhedge9639 2 years ago

It's a glass fronted walk in freezer unit.

  32. @mirola73 2 years ago

Exactly how I made my pond, coldstore panels, solid as half buried plus it's insulated too.

  33. @aprstudio7115 2 years ago

Is there anyone In Australia making these kits?

  34. @anthony7330 2 years ago

How much was this kit room ?

  35. That seems an awful lot at £8600 (with 10% off). Add windows £3.5K and cost of base £13K no electrics, no flooring, no internal finish. A roof with no guttering means the rear overhang would have to be some way from a fence, so it can’t really be built close. I think there are too many niggles to make this a long term viable build. Also what is the insulative rating of the wall?

  36. Why is there no DPC for the wall. Where are the air vents? Is information provided about how to break through the walls for power?

  37. @andrewros53 2 years ago

How much for the summer house

  38. @darrenwilliams7741 2 years ago

I watched 'The restoration couple' channel. They used this on there workshop timber frame and cladded over, it looked very nice

  39. @darrenwilliams7741 2 years ago

How do you hang things on the wall like a TV as it's just foam filled panel

  40. @wadacalit 2 years ago

Great video and looks really good!!! If this was within a meter of my boundaries does anyone know if this would be classed as non combustible as its over 15 square meters?

  41. @34ofaninchofbrain80 2 years ago

In new Zealand most people are living in buildings half as good as that shed.

  42. @speedbird737 2 years ago

brilliant video thank you! Hadn't seen modular rooms before

  43. @HOANGLE-ko5ix 2 years ago

Great !!!, Bro insulation sandwich panel detail is extremely strong structural, A part in the sandwich takes note to resemble assembly fit in which flashing not raining into the home. Perhaps, Silicon should be fixed between sandwich panels. I was working sandwich panel field, and I think that sandwich panels are very defensive in the majority of weather, and geography following Standard theory approval in EN 14509: 2013 sandwich panel is a material empty steel structure for don't very defend much something different.

  44. @JeffMedd 2 years ago

Great video Roger! Very helpful. Just taken delivery of the same model. Interesting to see they have taken note of what you said with the hand riveter as the one I received with the kit was type you recommended.

  45. @MrTwinkieeater 2 years ago

I've seen bigger rivets holding in window regulators on Lincoln Town Cars.

  46. @SaultiBalldeip 2 years ago
