These are rubbish. The rope that pulls the strings broke twice in ours. Apparently, one can't simply replace just the blinds
Is it a special tool being used to "pop" the locks, and if so, where do I get one (built a new home with Pella Lifestyle, but to my knowledge was not left a tool). If not a special tool, suggestions of what to use? I tried an allen wrench without success.
We built our new home in 2018 in which we purchased all pella doors and windows. I paid $2,300 for a sliding door but didn't do the blinds at the time. Now I would like to add blinds and the local dealer wants to charge me $500 a pc for black freaking mini blinds. That's a $1,000 in aluminum for a $2,300 door.. Ridiculous! I'll jerry rig a solution before I pay that kind of money for freaking mini blinds.
My panels come unclipped and tip into the rim. This only happens on one of our double casement windows. Any solution?
I do have the third glass that swings open on my Lifestyle series sliding door. You show how easy it is to install blinds/shades, where can I purchase the shades??
I have patio doors that have the blinds, but need to be replaced. Where can I find replacement blinds?
My husband and I have built a new home. We have the Pella Lifestyle windows and they have been installed. My husband now has decided that he wants blinds in-between the glass…can we still do that?
