    Step 1. glue the blind to the frame before securing it with screws. Genius! I've been wondering for weeks why I can't remove my broken unit after I've taken all the screws out.

    To people who just got these and can't pull em up or down properly, They do retract properly. You need to push them in (toward the window) and then pull down. Same when going up. If you don't, the blinds catch system makes it really rough to move up and down and you'll ruin em

    We bought our blinds(electric) paid lots of money and they have gone faulty(4). They are are out of warranty fair enough. But tried to get them to fix the problems been told
    because they are out of warranty they cannot fix them. Been told told to order NEW ONES after 3 years..Surely they have installers who can come and repair them?
    The blinds have come off the tracks and not winding back!
    Surely its an easy fix?
    Im not getting out of paying but feel we are being bullied into buying 4 NEW blinds which we do not need .
    VERY DISAPPOINTED KEY LITE!!

    My blinds have been sitting in the box for months they sent me the wrong size even though it clearly says on my skylights T06 very frustrating everytime I try to fit them such a simple task has proved very stressful

    HI received my Keylite blinds yesterday.780*1180 dimension.Dissappointed the right and left arms are falling short.Due to which there is gap and light comes in.I think manufacture fault.
